Eir Tiore[edit | edit source]
Eir Tiore is the protagonist, central to the TwilightStar: Heart of Eir narrative. Raised in the village of Homaran by her father, Eir’s past is littered with days of hard graft and youthful mischief conducted with her life-long friend, Kira Skywind. An optimistic young woman with a streak of naivete about her - after the death of her father Maris, Eir is forced to confront her destiny as Eathral’s first wielder of pure Stryah.

Kira Skywind[edit | edit source]
Born in Homaran to parents long-since dead, Kira has lived her life relying on no one but herself. Her independence lends itself to an intensity of personal character only those who have lived from meal to meal would truly understand. As a result Kira Skywind’s fiery sense of loyalty to those few people she cares for often gets her into trouble - especially where her closest friend Eir is concerned. Her strong sense of self is often a breeder of conflict, as she is regularly compelled to break the rules in order to achieve her goals.
Lord Darson[edit | edit source]
A nobleman with lands in Dawnhold with a jaded past. His alter-ego the Faceless Bandit, fights for the meek, and gives up his luxuries to travel with Eir and Kira.
Myrtle Sprig[edit | edit source]
The King of Specula's junior adviser. She is clumsy but adept at black magic.
Omega VIII[edit | edit source]
A bestial creature cursed with the gift of speech. Shunned by the dragons he joins Eir on her quest in an attempt to gain his clan's favour.
Rowan Scaleborn[edit | edit source]
A resident of Hollowmead who is bored of his town's pacifist lifestyle.
Maris Tiore[edit | edit source]
Eir's father; he is a keeper of a tome that leads to the secret entrances of Pol'Twg. He is murdered at the beginning of the narrative by the Caelki.
